First Trimester of Pregnancy - Women HealthCare Blog # 3

Hello everyone, In this blog I will be sharing about my personal experience faced in my first phase of Pregnancy i.e first trimester of pregnancy. The duration of first trimester is from one week to 12 weeks. From the date of last period you have to calculate it. Many changes will undergo in your body in this phase due to hormone changes. Not all symptoms match everyone. Each woman have different symptoms according to their body . I had below symptoms during my first trimester.

1. Nausea
2. Morning sickness
3. Constipation
4. Soreness of breast.

Other than this many women have fatigue, mood swings, bleeding, weight gain .

Nausea is the very common symptoms that every woman faces during this time.
I have 26 days of period cycle. I checked with pregnancy test kit after a week of missed period. I tested positive and so happy about it. Because I was waiting for the moment so long.

During 6 th week I checked with my doctor and confirmed with ultrasound scan. Baby is just like an egg. After two weeks I checked my fetus heart rate which is absolutely normal and fine.

According to my doctor suggestion I started taking folic acid for vitamins and susten tablet for baby growth.

Vomiting, morning sickness and constipation continued till my 13 weeks of pregnancy. When I step on to second trimister the symptoms which faced earlier got vanish.

Pregnancy is all about happiness and sacrificing your favourite things too.

I stopped taking tea and coffee instead of that I was drinking milk . My food diet was very simple. I used to intake many liquids, boiled egg, fish thrice in a week, chicken fully cooked  and meet twice in a month. Other than this all kinds of fruits, dry fruits are very helpful to maintain a balance diet.

Even ripe papaya also we can take, but before intaking it consult with your doctor once

If you have diabetes in pregnancy then u have to ask your midwife or doctor for diet chart. They will guide what to eat and what not.
